I’m probably one of the most nervous patients any dental practice could come across and have had some bad experiences with other dentists in the past, but as for Sycamore House, it’s completely different. From the moment I set foot in the practice I was made to feel at ease, everyone was so kind and understanding, Rachel the receptionist was just lovely, as was Supriya, the dental nurse. Dr Conway was brilliant & ready to listen to my concerns & explained the treatment I should have & when I had the treatment, it was nothing like I feared it may be, it was absolutely fine! I can honestly say, I’ve never had such a positive experience at the dentist before. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Sycamore House. Thank you again for your help.
