Dr Hernan Morillo Dental Partner

Before founding Sycamore House Dental Practice in Bury St Edmunds in 2002, Hernan gained clinical experience working in Queensland, Australia, and held several associate positions in general dental practice across the UK.
Alongside his clinical work, Hernan served as a Dental Foundation Trainer with Health Education East of England for 19 years, mentoring and supporting newly qualified dentists as they developed their clinical skills, confidence and experience in general dental practice.
Hernan has been providing dental implant treatment at Sycamore House since 2004, having undertaken additional training in implant dentistry in the United States, the UK and Austria. His particular clinical interests include oral surgery, dental implants, endodontics (root canal treatment) and restorative dentistry.
Dr Helen Morillo Dental Partner

Before founding Sycamore House Dental Practice in Bury St Edmunds in 2002, Helen gained experience in general dental practice in Hampshire and as a Dental Officer in Queensland, Australia. She later worked in community dental services in Newmarket and across Suffolk, caring for patients with a wide range of dental needs.
Helen has a particular interest in supporting patients with dental anxiety, taking a gentle and reassuring approach to treatment. Her clinical interests also include adhesive and minimally invasive dentistry, with an emphasis on preserving natural teeth, preventive care and maintaining long-term oral health.
Dr Joanna Hardy Dentist

Joanna spent the first few years of her career working in Bury St Edmunds before working briefly in Australia and then holding several associate positions in South West London. She returned to Suffolk in 2010 and joined the team at Sycamore House Dental. Areas of professional interest: Restorative dentistry, prevention and Periodontology.
Dr Nick Conway Dentist

Nick graduated from UCC in 2003 and spent 11 years in Cambridge in general practice followed by working in Richmond London. He joined the team at Sycamore House Dental in September 2018. Nick enjoys all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry while providing quality dental care and advice to patients. He likes to provide patients with preventive advice and aiding even the most nervous of patients to feel more comfortable in the dental environment.
Dr Rebecca Shephard, Dentist

After graduating from Newcastle dental school Rebecca returned to Suffolk to complete vocational training. She continued in that practice for over four years and then moved to a general practice in Norfolk. She joined the Sycamore House Dental team in 2012. Areas of professional interest: prevention, minimally invasive dentistry, periodontics
Clare Easdown
Dental Hygienist
Having worked in dentistry since leaving school, Clare qualified as a hygienist from the Eastman Dental Hospital in 1996. She has worked as a hygienist at Addenbrooke's and the Eastman Dental hospital as well as in general practice in Cambridge and Suffolk. Areas of professional interest: Dental anxiety, oral medicine and prevention

Jade graduated from the University of Portsmouth 2022 with a First Class Hons degree in Dental Hygiene and Therapy. As a passionate and dedicated dental hygienist and therapist, Jade likes to help create brighter, healthier smiles every day and prides herself on delivering gentle treatments that leave patients feeling confident and at ease. Whether you see her for a routine hygiene appointment or more advanced therapy treatments, Jade will work with you to develop a tailored plan that supports your unique dental needs. Friendly, approachable, and always up-to-date with the latest in dental techniques, Jade strives to make every visit a comfortable and positive experience.
