Paying for your treatment
- Our dental fees are payable following consultation and thereafter as the treatment progresses.
- You will be asked to pay towards your treatment at the time of booking your next appointment. We accept cash and debit & credit cards (not Amex).
Appointment booking & cancellation policy
- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment.
- If you need to change your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible; this allows us to re-allocate the time to another patient.
- We operate a missed appointment policy and will charge a fee for missed appointments that cannot be re-allocated or if you cancel your appointment with less that 48 hours’ notice.
- If you have paid a deposit to secure your appointment and cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not attend, your deposit will not be refunded.
- We normally send text and email reminders but please do not rely on us to do so. Please ensure we hold your current contact details.
